Effortless Yoga for Seniors
Tuesdays/Thursdays 10-11:30am
These classes place an emphasis on breath and ease of body movement. They are conducted in a private studio in a relaxed, intimate setting which allows for individual attention to students’ body and health issues. Beginning to Intermediate Yoga for Seniors
Mondays/Wednesdays 10-11:30am Louden Nelson Center in downtown Santa Cruz.
For students 55 or older, with emphasis on breath to allow our bodies to move with ease both in class and in our lives. Gentle warm up, 65 minutes of easy to vigorous postures, 10 minutes of shavasana relaxation pose. Drop-ins welcome.
